LSU AgCenter Livestock Show Office General Liability Insurance

The USER shall procure and maintain during the life of this agreement such general liability and property damage insurance, including operation of motor vehicles, with limits as hereinafter provided, which will cover the USERs and Owners legal liability arising out of the use of the facilities of the CENTER and by anyone directly or indirectly employed by any of them for claims for damages for bodily injury, including accidental death, as well as claims for property damages, which may arise from operations under this agreement. The limits of such insurance shall be as follows:

GENERAL LIABILITY INSURANCE in an amount not less than $500,000 for bodily injuries, including accidental death, for any one occurrence, $100,000 property damage, and an umbrella coverage beyond that amounting to a minimum of one million dollars.

USER is to provide the CENTER with a CERTIFICATE OF INSURANCE from his insurance agent or agents indicating the above coverage's at least ten days before the scheduled event. Certificate of Insurance should name LSU Board of Supervisors as co-insured.
