Micropsephodes lundgreni Leschen and Carlton holotype  (total length, approx. 1 mm).

Holotype male. United States: Florida, Alachua Co., 29.35N 82.29W, 24 Mar. 1993, flight intercept trap in hardwood hammock, Randall W. Lundgren. Deposited Florida State Collection of Arthropods (FSCA).

Paratypes: Same date as holotype, but 30 Oct. 1992, 30 Jun. 1993, 20 Jul. 1993 (3 males, FSCA). Louisiana (all LSAM), Caddo Par. N. Shreveport, 10 Oct. 1992, under bark of log (1 male); E. Baton Rouge Par., Baton Rouge, 2-11-1991, under bark of live tree, M. S. Strother (1 male, 1 female); Webster Par. 5.1 mi. N. of Dixie Inn on La. Hwy. 7, 9-11-91, M. S. Strother (1 female). Tennessee (University Tennessee, Knoxville), Coffee Co., Arnold Air Force Base, Goose Pond, 22 May 1999, under bark, Adriean Major (1 female).
