Peach orchard used in early horticultural research.  The peach crop of 1959 was the last harvest.  This orchard was on the western property line and is now (1999) used as a temporary winter pasture for the dairy herd.  This picture was taken looking north, and the house in the background was moved onto the Station near the present day (1999) automated weather station.
Aerial photo taken in the late 1960's from the west looking east across length of Station. The Station property lines are indicated in red. Lake Claiborne (1) can be seen in the background.  The Tatum pond is labelled as 2.  At this time, the road in front of the pond turned east and then south.  It was straighten in 1970 to end at 3.
