TACO SALAD
INGREDIENTS |

- 1 lb lean ground beef or ground turkey
- 1 package taco seasoning
- ¾ cup water
- 1 head lettuce, chopped
- 1 tomato, diced
- 8 oz Cheddar cheese (1/2 pound)
- Taco sauce (optional)

1. Brown ground beef. Drain excess fat. Season meat with taco
mix and water, according to package directions.
2. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Serve. |
