- 8 slices bread
- 8 oz pasteurized, process cheese
OR
- 6 oz Cheddar cheese
- 4 teaspoons margarine

1. Heat margarine in skillet until it foams.
2. Grill one side of the slice of bread, then turn it over
and place 1 ½ - 2 oz cheese on the grilled side.
3. Grill the other side of the bread.
4. Serves 4 (two slices each) |
