- 8 slices bread
- 8 oz pasteurized, process cheese
OR
- 6 oz cheddar cheese
- 4 teaspoons margarine

1. Heat margarine in skillet until it foams.
2. Grill one side each of 2 slices of bread. Place the 1 ½
- 2 oz cheese on the grilled side of one slice of bread and top
with the other slice of bread, grilled side down.
3. Grill the other side of each piece of bread.
