HOMEMADE CHEESE PIZZA
INGREDIENTS DIRECTIONS
  • 8 slices bread
  • 1 cup pizza sauce
  • 10 oz (3/4 lb) cheese (mozzarella)

1. Toast each slice of bread.

2. Places toasted bread on a cookie sheet and spread each piece with 2 tablespoons of pizza sauce.

3. Top each slice with 1 ½ oz sliced cheese.

4. Turn broiler on in oven and place cookie sheet in oven. Allow pizzas to cook until cheese begins to brown (2-4 minutes)/

Note: Leftover cooked ground beef, chicken, or turkey (cut intosmall pieces) can be placed on top of the cheese beforecooking.
