LEFTOVERS SANDWICH
INGREDIENTS DIRECTIONS
  • 8 slices bread
  • 8 oz (1/2 lb) cooked leftover meat (chicken, turkey, roast, etc.)
  • 4 slices tomato
  • lettuce as needed

1. Prepare sandwiches with 2 oz meat, 1 slice tomato, and lettuce per sandwich.

2. Makes 4 sandwiches.
