APPLE CRISP
INGREDIENTS DIRECTIONS
  • 5 medium apples
  • ¼ cup water
  • 1 cup sugar
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon
  • ½ cup margarine, melted
  • ½ cup oatmeal
  • ½ cup flour
  • ½ teaspoon baking powder

1. Preheat oven to 350°F.

2. Pare apples and slice into thin slices; place in a 8x8x2 inch casserole dish.

3. Sprinkle the water, ½ cup of sugar and the cinnamon over the apples.

4. Combine the remaining ingredients and mix well. Spread the mixture over the apples.

5. Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until apples are tender.
