ROAST PORK & ROAST CHICKEN
INGREDIENTS DIRECTIONS
  • 1 Pork loin or pork shoulder roast

    OR
  • 1 whole fryer/roaster
  • salt, pepper and other seasonings to taste

1. Preheat oven to 325°F

2. Season meat and place in open roasting pan.

3. Cook until done, approximately 1 ½ - 2 ½ hours.
