Kathy Daly-Koziel, RD, MPH, LD

Kathy Daly-Koziel is the EFNEP Coordinator for the State of Kentucky. Working from the University of Kentucky she provides leadership, supervision and support to five Area EFNEP Specialists. Presently the program is in 56 of the 120 counties. Over 80 paraprofessionals offer food and nutrition education to limited resource audiences. Ms. Daly-Koziel recently trained EFNEP staff in how to implement the new curriculum which she developed, utilizing compressed video. Prior to joining the University Ms. Daly-Koziel worked in a variety of settings including hospitals, health departments, long term care and higher education. She is also active in the American Dietetic Association at the local, state and national level.
