Diane Linder

Dr. Diane Linder is Specialist (Expanded Food and Nutrition Education Coordinator) with the Louisiana Cooperative Extension Service. She is a registered and licenced dietitian. She has served as nutritionist and EFNEP Coordinator with the Louisiana Cooperative Extension Service since 1969.

Dr. Linder received her bachelor's degree in food and nutrition from Mississippi University for Women, her master's degree in public health nutrition from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, and her doctoral degree in educational administration from the Louisiana State University.

This internet based curriculum was her sabbatical leave project.

Dr. Linder is a certified distance education professional co-sponsored by The Center for Distance Learning Research and Texas A&M University with the Texas A&M University.

Dr. Linder is a member of the Louisiana Southern Regional Electronic Campus, Information and Learning Technology (State of Louisiana) Instructional Team.
